The task of the project was to develop a web-based Property Management solution, to be sold to letting companies and estate agencies. It included redevelopment of the previous real estate ecommerce solution, PHP / MySQL-based, into a more scalable, fast and user-friendly portal to be used by both tenants and agents.

The project scope was to develop scalable ERP application for LAN and wide area networks and by the same time enhancing and enriching the functionality, adding such major functions as CRM module, Dispatch, Inventory Management, Timekeeping and Payroll, Accounting, Statistical Reports, PDA, etc.

The business idea of the customer was to create a web-based marketplace of all kinds of domestic and construction services. On this market, service suppliers and potential customers meet each other by means of the Internet. The system is supposed to be a unique Internet-based marketplace due to its coverage of service providers and customers on the territory of the United States and Canada. In addition, it is the unique system that sells domestic services this way.
