Requirements
- Spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level and above)
- 6+ months of experience in configuring, supporting and developing Atlassian products
- The following qualities: responsibility, diligence, attentiveness, competent oral and written speech, sociability
- Understanding of development/testing/implementation/support processes
Nice to have
- Experience of working with Atlassian products will be an advantage
- Experience related to oral communication with English-speaking customers will be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Configuration, administration and support of Atlassian products
- Participation in projects for building systems based on Atlassian products
- Development of additional functionality for Atlassian products: Script Runner scripts, automations
- Migration tasks for Atlassian products
- Customer consultations on the operation of the systems
- Oral and written communication with foreign customers
