5+ years of experience with MS Business Central
Proven track record of successful Business Central implementations
Experience in data migration
Highly organized and able to work independently without detailed guidance
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Excellent verbal and written English
Pre-sales experience
Experience in international B2B negotiations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a technical team
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and objectives
Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the pre-sale process
Undertake presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, and assist with the closure of new sales
Analyze customer business processes and offer an optimal solution using D365 Business Central
Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Develop and support project documentation including the requirements for solution customization
Collaborate with developers to implement requirements and resolve issues
Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of the system
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation
