First Line Support Engineer

Description

We are looking for a First Line Support Engineer to join our team.

Georgia

At least 1 year of experience in IT
Knowledge of PCs, office software, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS)
Troubleshooting skills for computers and network equipment
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Higher or secondary technical education
Strong communication skills, responsibility, attention to detail, stress resilience
Ability to collaborate effectively and convey information clearly
Experience in call centers or technical support is a plus

Register and classify employee and customer requests, prioritizing queries to ensure timely resolution
Resolve incidents and process routine requests, ensuring smooth operation of employees and systems
Provide technical support and guidance on PC usage, operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS), and software
Collaborate with technical support engineers and developers to address complex issues
Maintain and update documentation, track incidents, and operate within monitoring and tracking systems
Manage content, register new users, and maintain system databases
Communicate effectively with customers, including in English (both verbal and written)
