Description

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations to join our growing team.

4+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Project Operations, PSA, or Finance & SCM)
Strong understanding of project accounting, resource management, and time/expense tracking
Experience with full-cycle D365 implementations
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to translate complex business processes into clear system requirements
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German, Polish, Arabic) are a plus
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 are a plus

Lead and participate in the implementation of Microsoft D365 Project Operations solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Translate requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
Configure and customize D365 Project Operations modules (incl. Project Management, Time & Expense, Billing, Resource Management)
Deliver functional workshops, training sessions, and user documentation
Support UAT, Go-live, and post-implementation phases
Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper solution design and integrations
