Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as an analyst
- Experience in Healthcare domain
- Existing knowledge of EHR systems workflows, medical billing process
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Experience working in a pre-sale environment from solutioning to client communication
- Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project
- Experience in designing interfaces
- Experience in gathering and documentation requirements
- Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile
- Experience with direct customer communication, presenting and justification of technical decisions
- Usage of UML, BPMN
Nice to have
- Agile Methodology certification
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of Pharma
- MS Dynamic 365 Customer Insights, Marketing, Customer Service, Field service
