Dynamics 365 HR Functional Consultant
Description
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 HR Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the HR module within Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, benefits, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning are streamlined and fully functional within the system.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&SCM) HR module or D365 Human Resources
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices
- Experience with HR data migration, integrations, and reporting
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure integrations is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure D365 Human Resources to meet business needs
- Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements using D365 HR functionalities
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design HR solutions
- Ensure data migration, integration, and reporting are handled effectively
- Train HR and end-users on system usage and best practices
- Troubleshoot HR module-related issues and provide support
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to integrate HR functions with payroll, finance, and other modules
- Stay updated on Microsoft D365 HR updates and best practices
