Salesforce Consultant

Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant based in the UK or US with a strong pre-sales ability and hands-on expertise in discovery and design phases. This role combines the ability to sell Salesforce solutions with the experience to deliver high-quality consulting services during project initiation. You will engage with clients, gather requirements, design solutions, and help drive successful Salesforce implementations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with the ability to engage in pre-sales discussions and deliver compelling solution pitches
  • Strong discovery and design experience, able to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate value to stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Industry Clouds preferred)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, configurations, and system integrations
  • Salesforce certifications (Consultant, Solution Architect, or equivalent)

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of multi-cloud implementations and complex Salesforce architectures
  • Familiarity with industry-specific Salesforce solutions
  • Ability to travel as needed for client engagements

Responsibilities

  • Engage in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, demos, and client discussions
  • Lead discovery workshops, gathering and analyzing client requirements
  • Design tailored Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and implementation strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution
