Virtual shopping assistant

Our client, a US-based online household goods store, was struggling to accommodate growing sales. During peak hours, the customer support department was unable to handle up to 15% of live chat requests each month, leading to lost revenue and the inability to scale their business.

Solution

We delivered an AI-powered virtual consultant that facilitates immediate interaction with users in live chats and autonomously handles the majority of human conversations, reducing resolution times and improving customer satisfaction. 

Our solution combines an LLM and a rules-based engine to provide personalized advice in a human-like way. We also integrated the solution with Shopify to suggest products currently in stock and perform checkout without human involvement.

Medical copilot for a psychological clinic

Our client is a US-based clinic providing psychological consultations. Due to inefficient data management processes and an excessively large database of patients’ history, the client faced various operational inefficiencies, such as time-intensive patient recordkeeping and information retrieval and the inability to find information on past visits or relevant cases.

Solution

We developed a system that helps physicians spend less time on paperwork and more time working with patients. Once a doctor uploads an audio recording of a visit, the system: 

  • creates a full transcript of the visit, aggregates this data, and saves the visit history in the EHR in the required format
  • performs intelligent data search based on human-like queries
  • analyzes the visit history data and provides answers to both specific questions (for instance, "has the patient ever complained of anxiety?") and the ones requiring analysis (such as "how often and during which visits did the patient complain of anxiety?")

Solution
