Konstantin is a leading Salesforce business analyst at Itransition with 5+ years of experience with the platform. He has extensive technical and analytical skills and knowledge of key Salesforce products, with his expertise in Health Cloud proven by Salesforce’s accreditation. 

Konstantin plays a key role in Itransition’s Salesforce projects from start to finish, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders from a client’s side and our development teams. His responsibilities include ensuring that the delivered Salesforce solutions meet the outlined objectives, identifying project risks and opportunities for improvement, and addressing them. Konstantin also conducts on-site and off-site user training to help companies effectively utilize all features and capabilities of Salesforce.
