About Nikolai
Nikolai joined Itransition as a Salesforce developer in 2011, eventually becoming the Head of Salesforce Practice. Working with Salesforce for over 10+ years, Nikolai has accumulated extensive expertise in Salesforce products and solutions for various industries by taking part in multiple consulting, development, implementation, and administration projects. He combines this technical knowledge with business acumen to explore customers’ needs, provide expert consultation on Salesforce solutions’ design and implementation, and build long-term, trusted relationships.
Examples of his recent project work include the following:
- Legacy CRM migration to Salesforce to provide modern customer relationship management tools and features aligned with the client’s current strategy
- PlatformEvent(CometD)-based orchestrated Salesforce integration with internal business solutions and third-party services to streamline data exchange
- Migration of a legacy (12+ years) project from Salesforce Classic to Lightning to improve user experience and provide access to latest Salesforce features
- Salesforce audit and redesign to help optimize license costs and further expand the solution’s functionality
As Head of Salesforce Practice, Nikolai is in charge of keeping our team updated on the latest Salesforce releases, technologies, and best practices, spearheading their exploration and implementation for our projects to ensure the competitiveness of our service offerings.
