About Sergey
A part of Itransition’s team since 2006, Sergey is in charge of our dynamically developing Microsoft CRM practice, aligning it with the company’s business goals and identifying new opportunities and technologies to explore. Sergey is well-versed in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Project, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform and has over 15 years of hands-on experience in handling IT project management, business analysis, client cooperation, project documentation, and team coaching.
Sergey plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of Itransition’s Microsoft projects. From the start, he provides his expertise during pre-sales activities and then works closely with our clients, helping properly translate their requirements into tailored Microsoft-based solutions. Throughout projects, he supervises the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft solutions, coordinating work across different structural divisions and leading teams of professionals from multiple time zones. He also identifies and manages complex projects’ risks, coming up with tailored mitigation strategies.
Examples of his recent work include the following:
- Leading a team that delivers Dynamics 365 CRM projects, overseeing the projects’ execution, providing strategic consultancy to clients, and managing resources and task allocation.
- Overseeing the delivery of short-, medium-, and long-term SharePoint projects and building the team’s expertise in line with clients’ needs.
To ensure that our company stays up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies, Sergey takes part in vendor workshops and training sessions and then mentors Itransition’s Microsoft specialists.
