Process
Itransition began the project by performing a full analysis of the customer’s system and providing consultations regarding system architecture, code, tech stack, feature development, QA, and process optimization. We also conducted a deep-dive market assessment, drawing from both our healthcare software development experience and real-world customer requests. Based on the insights gathered, we developed a detailed action plan to help the customer shape and execute their business vision, ensuring that the growing solution was backed by the latest technical best practices.
With a clear strategy in place, our team began by creating a basic starter kit template for a generic healthcare app that allowed us to save costs on essential components like authorization, user management, and security compliance. Building on this foundation, we developed additional modules, including scheduling, task management, and patient engagement. To bridge the gaps that existing healthcare solutions have, we enhanced our platform with comprehensive EHR capabilities, telemedicine support, automated medical billing, and AI-driven decision support.
The platform is built on React and .NET frameworks, with a default focus on deployment to Microsoft Azure. However, it can be adapted to other deployment options if needed. In addition to standard functionality, our platform can integrate with other EHR systems such as Epic, as well as DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) medical imaging systems.
